Our mission is to provide training, educational support and social resources to our youth to strengthen their career ability, promote educational success and social responsibility, while embracing cultural and racial unity.

JR Executives Leadership Program is an accreditation service-learning program designed to develop leadership skills among youth by creating a positive image, communication skills, and opportunities that will help them plan for success in their school, career, community, and future work experiences. JR Executives is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization (26-2949664) that focuses on leadership development. This program has been provided to youth ages 15 to 19 years old in the greater Phoenix metro area. JR Executives is open to community regardless of: race, religion; gender; or social status.
